Editor's Message

International Journal of Business Research and Excellence (IJBRE) by IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus) aims to amalgamate the best of academic thought from both industry and academia providing research direction for new insights to develop. Each journal issue brings to the table, new ideas and research indications that can have both conceptual and implementation based practical understanding. The new world belongs to sustainability and technology where researches aim to integrate both of them together leading to more attractive options for the world to follow. The latest issue of the journal is an outcome of the research taking place in the rising sectors and how the research outcomes pave the new direction. It is a continuous effort of IJBRE to choose and select the right manuscripts that can generate the interest and curiosity of the reader towards these new and novel areas. The Sixth issue of International Journal of Business Research and Excellence provides the right platform for the amalgamation of various thoughts and ideas for the future development of the world and mankind.

The first paper “A study on Green Market and Green Entrepreneurship in Chennai city” aims to evaluate the importance of green marketing practices in the region along with its impact on Green Entrepreneurship development. As sustainability is the main concern of all the companies today, green marketing is the most appropriate solution to the same. The second paper “Labour Laws in the GIG Economy: Erecting a Fair Future” discuses an important context of the global workforce linked to gig working. The focus is to evaluate the most appropriate policies and laws pertaining to the labour practices in order to pave the path for the future as many sectors are shifting to gig working. The study provides a critical appraisal for the current problems and opportunities in the gig economy that can pay path for future decision making. The third research is “A Study on “Exploring the Metaverse: Implications for Human Resources Management." is an analysis and identification of metaverse methods in knowing about the unknown and how they can impact the HR function. The paper analyzes various implications of metaverse for human resource to define what lies ahead of the times. Fourth paper highlights “Nurturing a work culture that people love: Methods for Amplifying Employee Commitment and Engagement” explains how the human resource is changing leading to an impact on employee commitment and engagement levels. The paper highlights the various components of positive work culture that is leading to greater impact on workforce. The fifth paper on “A Study to Analyze Long-Term Challenges And Issues In The Sustainability Of EV: Future Implications For The Environment” has provided the information on the changing nature of EV sector and how the sustainability goals would be met. As the country moves ahead in its EV adoption journey, all the stakeholders need to be involved in the complete decision making that is being provided by the research findings.
