Editor's Message
During the last two issues of the journal and the current issue, the world is a changed place. The world has undergone drastic changes in the way it functions due to the impact of the pandemic that has forced people and businesses to rethink and revisit the old ways of working while developing new path to success. The current issue is special as it is an outcome of the research undertaken by academicians and researchers on the “New Normal” due to the pandemic and how the future business strategies need to change accordingly. It has been the focus and effort of International Journal of Business Research and Excellence (IJBRE) to generate sufficient curiosity amongst the research circles and that reflected in submission of manuscripts. The fourth issue of International Journal of Business Research and Excellence provides the right platform for the amalgamation of various thoughts and ideas for the future development of the world and mankind. The impact of pandemic has hit all the economies alike including the developed and developing which now requires a more disruptive approach to be taken up in solving the challenges being faced.
The first paper “An Inclusive Analysis on Work from Home Culture for Citizens of Navi Mumbai amid COVID-19 Pandemic” is an attempt to understand the issues pertaining to the Work from Home scenario that has become imperative now in the current world. The study focuses more on the Navi Mumbai area to understand the home culture and its impact on the employee’s working. The second paper “Consumer adoption of Mobile Wallets under the new normal: An empirical study in India based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)” has undertaken a detailed understanding of the adoption of mobile wallets in the current new normal where dealing in cash became redundant for sometime through the TAM . This is critical to also analyse the future scenario of how the mobile wallets would be adopted more in the future business scenario. The third research is “Factors Impacting on Teachers’ Performance in the Private Schools” is an analysis and identification of digital tools for teaching purpose that has become the new normal which has changed the teaching pedagogies in both private and public schools. Fourth paper highlights “Impact of Covid-19 on Exports and Imports in Indian Economy” explains how the pandemic has impacted the international trade leading to impacting the imports and exports of the country. The fifth paper on “A Study of government’s Incentives towards Budding Entrepreneurs” has provided the information on the various skills needed for development of entrepreneurship in the country in the new normal were job creation has become very important.
